I RESIST.

Hello world… This was intended to be a completely different “first” post, but due to the timing of the launch of the website that coincided with the anniversary of operation Cast Lead and the dire situation in Gaza, we had a change of plans.

In December 2008, without warning and without any provocation, operation Cast Lead began. A calamitous devastating bombing campaign of the Gaza Strip, it left everyone in shock, reeling from its level of brutality.  By January 18 2009 the massacre had left over 1400 Palestinians killed, and most of Gaza razed to the ground.

The breakdown of the number of Palestinians killed is mortifying; only 236 of which were combatants, the rest were 431 children and minors, 709 women, 1181 non-combatants, and 255 policemen, 16 health personnel and another 22 wounded. In addition to that, the number of wounded over 5300.

The IDF (Israelis Defence Forces) – Nothing defensive about them – deliberately targeted unarmed civilians in an effort to demoralize the Palestinians and cause them to turn on Hamas and the other resistance groups, strategy that would make the Hitler proud.

The massacre was the latest in a long line of atrocities against the Palestinians, since the inception of the Bastard State in 1948, they have done nothing but murder, pillage, kill, kill, and kill again. Ancient Vikings take note.

We are from Gaza.*

However, they are not solely to blame. We are willing participants, we let this happen, well not “we the people” but more like our rulers, we the people are powerless unfortunately. The puppets in the Arab world rule on behalf of the Americans, Britons, and Israelis. It’s been like that since the so called revolution of 1952. It wasn’t a revolution, it was a farce.

There’s hope though, Allah subhanahu wa ta3ala has wisdom in everything, and within the darkest calamity there’s salvation, it might sound corny but it’s true. Through trials and tribulations people can see in all clarity who is good and who is evil, eyes are peeled open, hypocrites show their true colours, and people see them for who they are.

Gaza will not perish, Gaza will not die.

Surah Al shu’ara 26:227 Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked. And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take!
